1) REPAIR REQUEST
If you need a product repaired, please follow the below steps:
Please refer to the ONE YEAR WARRANTY slip
included with every purchased mic for details on repair policies.
Shaker Microphone will service all our products ( including mics needing repairs that exceed the ONE YEAR WARRANTY) for a minimum fee of $50 (fee may change depending on level of "service/repair/rebuild") plus $10 for shipping.
You must provide photo copy of purchase receipt with your repair request package.
Please mail us your Shaker Microphone and in printed English writing include the following:
1) Your full NAME and MAILING ADDRESS (including country)
2) Your email address
3) Your phone number
4) A brief description of whatever issues have occurred since the original date of purchase.

Once we have received your repair request and have assessed the issues we will contact you directly to process a payment for the fees associated and the return shipping.
